Michael Barbalat is a junior at Newton North High School in Massachusetts. He is passionate about literature, music, technology, and community engagement. Michael has performed on multiple occasions at Carnegie Hall, winning multiple competitions. He is an adventurer, having surfed in various oceans, trekked notable trails, and has summited Mont Blanc and Kilimanjaro.
